Feat (Insomnia): Explain automated SCIM token refresh

As an administrator managing SCIM provisioning, I want SCIM tokens to automatically refresh so that I do not need to regenerate them manually every 90 days.
If automatic refresh fails, I should receive clear guidance — both in the product UI — so I know what went wrong and how to fix it.

Update the following Doc: https://developer.konghq.com/insomnia/scim/

Include the following information:

• Explain that SCIM tokens now automatically refresh before expiration.
• Define where the admin can view the token information
• Describe what happens during failure.
• Add explicit guidance explaining that when SCIM is enabled, it does not modify, remove, or reconcile users who were manually added prior to enabling SCIM. This is a known and expected behavior.
