As an Insomnia Admin user, I need clearer visibility into my organizations, including:
- Users should understand how to view their total organization count and how “Most Recent Organizations” are sorted.
- Users should understand what it means to be an Owner or Co-owner, where that role is displayed in the UI, and why organizations should always have multiple owners.
This improves navigation clarity, prevents confusion about organizational roles, and gives administrators confidence when managing multiple organizations or teams.
Definition of done
- Create a new reference page: “Owners and Co-owners in Insomnia”
This new page must:
- Define Owner, Co-owner roles.
- Explain where the user can view their role in the UI (top-right corner of the app and Admin site).
- Explain permissions associated with each role.
- Warn that every organization should have at least one co-owner in case the primary owner leaves.
- Be placed under Insomnia → Enterprise and linked appropriately.
- Update the Organizations page

Add an FAQ that:
- Explains where to view the total organization count.
- Documents how Most Recent Organizations are sorted (for example: “Displays the last three organizations you opened in Insomnia Admin” or actual behavior if different).
- Clarifies expected behavior vs current behavior, if relevant.
- Editorial improvements to this page may also include tightening copy or repositioning UI notes to improve clarity.
