Feat (Insomnia): Outline Git and Cloud Sync support for MCP #3673

As an Insomnia user working with MCP clients, I want both Git Sync and Cloud Sync to support MCP files so I can manage MCP projects regardless of which sync method I use.
Users should also understand the new schema type added to prevent older versions of Insomnia from crashing when cloning MCP-enabled Git repositories.

- Add documentation explaining that MCP client files are now supported when using:
- Git Sync
- Cloud Sync
