Hide block with data-deployment-topology when a page has only one deployment platform

Definition of done

In the KO install docs, we have an include that contains blocks with data-deployment-topology, and that include is used both in a how-to compatible with Konnect and on-prem, and in another one compatible only with Konnect. Currently the Konnect-only page would display both blocks. Ideally when a page has only one deployment platform listed, it should ignore the other block.
