Adding a new locale

Hi there,
I'd like to add a new locale to the Kong Manager. The problem is Kong Manager is using kong/public-ui-components so I can only localize certain parts of the app but not the components imported from here. All the components are using use18n composable, how can i add new locales and use it through Kong Manager?
