Rename go package to lowercase

Most of the repositories for Kong use the lowercase (kong) why this one use uppercase (Kong)

This is affecting vendor projects that are created with MacOS and building with Linux.

I would like to propose to use the lowercase instead the upper case. Is a good practice to have all the package in lowercase.

Thanks for reporting.

We're aware of this. We'd like to make this consistent for all the repositories but to prevent breakage at the same time. I'd like to say that we'll work on this but there are no plans for this at this moment.

We'll update this issue when that time comes.

The solution was to do a replace inside go.mod for now.
