"something went wrong reload page" infinite bug

whenever i try to click on the visualizer to use it, it just says something went wrong, i made sure spicetify was up-to-date, reinstalled the visualiser, I even removed themes too to see if it would work, (it was working with the theme i had on yesterday, but today it just stopped working randomly)

everytime i click reload to click it again, it doesn't work, and if it pops up it won't let me click anything else, but if i click on EVERYTHING else but the visualizer, i can use them, its just the visualizer giving me this error.

it isn't the snippets either. spicetify is up to date, so is the visualizer, and everything else works fine.

you probably didnt copy the files into the visualizer directory

that isn't it, I said it was working before this happened and even tried to reinstall it, the files were in the correct folder which was the visualizer one, i did all the steps on installing and uninstalling it as well.
