Expected Root Hub Error

Hello:

I am using TyCommander to update the firmware on my Teensy 4.1.

The Teensy is connected to the computer using a USB over IP server. In Arduino, I can compile and update the firmware. However, when using TyCommander to update the firmware using the Hex file, I get the error (Expected root hub device ....)

What do I need to do?
