The inconsistency between fram_load_cap and frame_count #632

I'm quite perplexed by the inconsistencies between fram_load_cap and frame_count in certain videos as blow. I've repeatedly verified through ffmpeg that frame_count is correct, but why is the value for fram_load_cap incorrect? Could this be related to the frontend?
Does anyone else have similar issues? Hope to share related discussions or similar problems you may have.
