Transclusion doesn't work?

I do this a lot in Obsidian:

In my file A I have lots of these constructions
![[file_b#heading_b]]

(which pulls the md from file_b heading_b and shows it in the current file. I think this is known as 'transclusion').

When I use webpage-export, I don't see any text from file_b when viewing file_A. Nothing at all.
I think I've tried all the options available for webpage-export.

Am I missing something, or is this important feature of Obsidion not yet implemented in your amazing plugin?
