Future of "fastapi-mongodb"

Now I am in the process of global refactoring of the library, I will try to make it convenient to use without imposing strict principles. It would rather not be a template for a FastAPI and MongoDB project. This will be a set of base classes and helpers to facilitate the integration of these two great technologies.

• I will use pytest for tests.
• I will pay more attention to working with the database and DBManager.
• I will try to make BaseDBModel as convenient as possible to work with.
• I will make BaseActiveRecord for lightweight CRUD operations with one database document (based on Repository methods)
• I will create a dependency class for the MongoDB session (so as not to impose DBSessionMiddleware)
• I will make it easier to integrate into existing projects so that the library setting does not go beyond app.py (main.py)
• I will make new codecs in DBManager to make it convenient to work with datetime.datetime and datetime.timedelta, decimal.Decimal. Also set new uuid representation, and tz aware (UTC by default).

I apologize in advance for possible difficulties with incompatibilities and changes (development is still at the alpha stage)
