Generate short informational message and append it to each file generated

We want to introduce a one-line message that will be added to every file generated - that this particular file is generated by dukat. This will make life easier for those who read that code and give a clear hint that this was generated rather than manually written. 

Users still will be able to op out via CLI flag.
