JVM kotlinx.datetime.Instant error since updating to 0.7.1

I'm running datetime using Compose on JVM, on a Windows machine.

Since updating to ~0.7.1 (or 0.7.0, not sure) I've been getting this error when trying to access time:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: kotlinx.datetime.Instant

This only happens on JVM.

Please take a look at https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx-datetime?tab=readme-ov-file#deprecation-of-instant which talks about this type moving to the stdlib and how you can mitigate the problem with short-term and long-term solutions.
