Align to right all column content

How can I achieve this situation with an ActionsColumnType? I need to right align each row content, not only the header's row.

When adding the column manually, you use the value_attr option to set the text-end class. However, actions column are added automatically if you have at least one row action, so you cannot pass the options by yourself.

I'd recommend aligning the actions column in the data table theme, for example:

{% block column_actions_value %}
    <div class="text-end">
        {{ parent() }}
    </div>
{% endblock %}

Technically, it is possible to manually add the actions column, but now I've noticed the value_attr is not rendered at all in this column type. This could be improved in the future for sure.
