Differential expression of the archetypes in eig(M) is too slow #229
Description
When I was using GSE114397_HMLE_TGFb to reproduce Differential expression of the archetypes, I found that [P; Q; R] = eig(M) was too slow for a 7000*7000 matrix. Do you have any solution? Thanks!
