The loss function of regularization

I am currently working with your TrajectoryNet implementation and have a question regarding the loss function configuration.

In the paper, the overall loss comprises the negative log-likelihood term, energy regularization term, and the Biological priors term.

Could you please advise on how to modify the code or set the appropriate parameters so that the loss function only includes the dynamic OT components (i.e., the negative log-likelihood and the energy regularization term) as described in the paper?
