**Describe the bug** The license of the project isn't clear; the metadata says GPL-3.0 but the license file says MIT. Based on https://github.com/KrishnaswamyLab/scprep/commit/e6a0cf444a88ed356700de037e0913a5fdb96910 - I'm assuming the metadata in setup.py is in error and needs updating?
