Shall we support `f16`?

There's a PR for serde: serde-rs/serde#2941 but seems be stucked.

Shall we just support f16 by serde_arrays or wait for its progress?

While I certainly appreciate wanting to support types that serde doesn't (that's why serde_arrays exists in the first place, of course!), adding support for additional floating-point types really wouldn't be appropriate in this crate. Of course, should f16 support be added to serde or even in another third-party crate, this one will also work with it as well!
