Summary
Form border flickers when resizing
Description
Starting in Krypton Toolkit 90.24.11.31 and persisting through the latest 100 version, when resizing a KryptonForm the border and title bar flicker.
Steps to Reproduce
See video and sample project. Simply create a new project with a blank Krypton form and try to resize.
Expected Behavior
No flicker.
Actual Behavior
Flicker.
