[Bug]: White bar is shown in a `KryptonForm` Sizable without buttons and text

White bar is shown in a KryptonForm Sizable

Description

In desing mode is working ok.

A white bar it shown at the top of the form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a KryptonForm.
2. Set text property to empty (remove)
3. Set ControlBox to false.
4. Set CloseBox to false
5. Set MaximizeBox to false.
6. Set MinimizeBox to false.
7. Run te app.

Expected Behavior

The white bar should not be shown.
