[Bug]: Double ribbon is drawn.

Summary

At some point, a double ribbon is drawn.

Description

1. Is some point a Drawn double ribbon. (Use the No resize form)
2. The X button to close the windows lost the focus. Cant close de windows when the double ribbon is shown. (Use the No resize form)
3. Odd resize behavior when the form FormBorderStyle is none with no buttons and text.

Expected Behavior

Just one ribbon must be drawn with no resize issues

Actual Behavior

Double ribbon is drawn.
Odd resize when the forn FormBorderStyle=None
The windows x button cant be closed

This happens when the main form is maximized and the MDI form is also opened in maximized mode.
