[Bug]: "Populate from Base" task freezes Visual Studio

Summary

When i try and run Populate from Base in a custom Palette i cannot continue using Visual Studio

Description

When i try and run Populate from Base in a custom Palette. It pops up with a messagebox:

This message box does NOTHING. I can click every single button in existence but nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1: Create a CustomPalette.
2: View the Properties.
3: Click Populate from Base in the tasks section.
4: Freeze

Expected Behavior

I hoped that my theme would be populated.

Actual Behavior

Visual Studio Freezes and i had to end the task.
