Update to new logo with background removed

- Replaced logo.jpg with new logo-bg-remove.png
- Moved logo to assets/logo.png for better organization
- Updated all references to use new logo file
- Increased logo size from 200px to 300px for better visibility
- Updated favicon to use new logo
- Updated SEO meta tags to reference new logo
- Removed old logo files to clean up repository
- New logo has transparent background for better integration
