Estimation of bw grouping parameter #32

Hello,
in your publication you used AutoTuner to optimize XCMS alignment/grouping parameters like bw. However, I was not able to find the way to do this via AutoTuner in your documentation. Optimization of peak picking parameters appears to work.
Would be great if you could point towards documentation on how to do this, or provide some quick instructions here.
