Only 1 TOPT is different between Windows and KeePassDX

Windows 11 24H2

• KeePass 2.59
• SyncTrazor 1.1.29 (Syncthing 1.30.0)

Android 16 05. July 2025

• KeePassDX 4.1.2 (F-Droid)
• Syncthing 1.28.1 (F-Droid)

I use syncthing to synchronize the KeePass database between my Windows PC and my android device. In KeePass (PC) I created about 25 TOPT entries using the the build in tools of KeePass. When looking in KeePassDX almost all TOTPs look the same as in KeePass (PC).

But for one entry KeePassDX the TOTP is different from the KeePass. For this entry I recreated the the TOTP settings in KeePass (PC).

Time is synchronised on the PC and Android device because almost all TOTPs are working fine.

Any idea how to analyze the cause of this error? How to fix it?

You'd have to debug directly with your key.
Look to see if it's the same uri format, with the same parameters. There may be a parameter that is not filled in, which is different by default on KeePass and KeePassDX.

Just tried to see if the 2 URIs are of the same format in the entry parameters. (otpauth:// ...)
