Give a chance to translators to have translated the latest release

Weblate receives new content during or after the release process has already started or finished. This means that any new strings added in the final release will remain untranslated until the next release. Could you propose a workflow that allows a few extra days for translators to complete their work?

I understand the frustration with version 4.2.0, but this is a special case.
Weblate is plugged into the KeePassDX develop branch, and for Passkey development, the work was mainly done on a separate branch to avoid major bugs.
Versions 4.1.X evolved in parallel and were the ones that could be translated.
I should have updated the develop branch from the release/4.2.0 branch before releasing, but I wanted to do it quickly once it was stable to resolve structural issues with API 35 that cause problems in versions 4.1.X.
Next time, the develop branch will be updated beforehand. Sorry about that.
