Add "QR Crafter" Project

Description:
Create a new project called "QR Crafter" that generates QR codes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Users can input text or URLs, and the app will dynamically generate and display a QR code. A download option should also be provided.

Features to Implement:

1. User Input Field – Text box to enter text or URLs.
2. QR Code Generation – Generate QR codes instantly upon input.
3. Download Button – Allow users to download the QR code as an image (PNG/SVG).
4. Responsive Design – Ensure compatibility across different devices and screen sizes.
5. Custom Styling – Add an attractive and minimalistic UI with CSS animations for better user experience.

Goal:
This project will serve as a great beginner-friendly web development task that strengthens JavaScript and front-end skills while adding a useful tool to the portfolio.
