What does the "mods" toggle located above the "Trade" button do?

It doesn't seem to be in the FAQ or any other page there. I also didn't find any discussions here on the matter.

Previously nothing since it required advanced text copying, but since v0.4.0 it will show what stats on an item contribute to a filter

Hi Kvan7, on version 0.4.2 I've not been able to get the 'Mods' button to do anything.
I've tried before and after searching and it doesn't seem to show stats which contribute to a filter.
I could be wrong of course, could you test it again and if it does work show us an example of how it can be used?
