Features I always waited for, but never seen in APoET. [Tiers, QoL]

I didn't see any cool features updates for Awakened and was surprised when I saw it in EE2, so maybe a good idea to share a few things that could have been seen in the feature some way or another:
With 'T1' I refer to the best tier of affix;
With '#' I refer to ANY number;

1. In "Price Checking" options there is a checkmark for 'Exact Value', as well as "Fill stat value %";
   Would be cool to see a similar option, but to get "Minimal Roll for ≥T# Affixes".
   Reason: Divine Orb existence and ability to divine item for higher rolls. Maybe some swap feature between current roll/lowest roll of Tier inside Price Checker itself would be cool, or maybe even enough to not touch 'Exact Value' or "Fill Stat Value %" at all?

2. Range of Tiers in Price Checker itself.
   Example: [+(5–8) to Dexterity] is a bow T8 affix range, putting it to 25 won't tell me anything, including range or even if it's a Vaal Divine effect (T0). Having an ability to pick tiers or having some sort of tooltip appearing on top of 'Range Boxes' when you write min # number, that would inform you in what tier range you are right now. It would help not only in price checking/figuring item prices (for new leagues/for newbies), but as well as if you want to use Crafting Currency or just to see what the item price would be if the roll would be higher.

3. Checkmark in Settings, which would always use "Weighted Sum" filter on trade specifically for Elemental Resistance Affixes.
   Example: I have [+35% Lightning Resistance] and [+31% Cold Resistance] on an item - I wouldn't mind to get those mods in a separated [Weight Sum 66 min] filter on site, where [Lightning Resistance], [Cold Resistance] and disabled [Fire Resistance] would be too, so I can manually checkmark Fire Resistance on site and any combination of 3 Resistance with total +66% Resistance minimum (Or lowest range roll of both Tiers (31+31), refering P1).

4. Far feature: getting back to 2nd and 3rd point. Having some separated tool inside EE2, that can replace going to /trade2 and search within a game, so you could pick different Affixes with range you want to look for and locate to /trade2 via "Search on Trade". With cool QoL features like Weighted Sum and Tiers Range list it would ease up search heavily - you won't need to go poe2db to look for tiers range, you won't need to add separated Weighted Sum filter, maybe some 'Presets' existence could be implemented so user could be able to check specific thing once a while without alt-tabbing from the game or preventing losing a link for search (Which means losing user Search Filters)

I may need a bit more of a description on these as I don't fully understand what they all are in reference to. With that in mind here is what I currently think:

1. Not exactly sure what is being described. currently if you aren't using exact, it does #% less down to the min roll for the tier. So if you have a low roll in a tier, the 10% rule with only lower to the lowest roll of tier currently.
2. Clarification, do you mean all tiers for a mod, or current tier's range. I can easily do current tier, and have that show when the mods option is enabled. but all tiers would add some complexity, especially when we are able to copy advanced descriptions.
3. This is already implemented? You can enable usePseudo option in settings to use weighted sum for ele res. you do need to log in with the builtin browser for this to work though
4. Maybe? not fully sure what the overall goal or use case is for this though.

Regarding P1 and P3: That's cool, thanks! Me and my bud didn't figure out 10% is enough to get minimal roll.

As for P2, I'm unsure how complex it would be from a programming perspective or whether it even needs to be included in the app, since you can use a shortcut to visit Craft of Exile and check it manually, but having list of mods without opening a site maybe can be a good thing too. Adding Tiers list with the "mods" option enabled indeed might make the interface too complex. Perhaps some sort of similar implementation could be made, if it possible to fit it well and more beautiful way.
