Look at my point(s) again please. Just use alt is a cop out for not using the tool for its intended purpose. First off, I cant read the tier # in game (not the current tier range, the number)it is constantly transparent on the background and illegible. I dont want to have to use in game at all to ascertain an items value relative to maxroll (maxroll tailored to the item's level would be nice but I wont be picky). I am asking for the POE2DB tier data replicated on the image in the app so I dont have to use POE2DB and constantly switch back and forth. The alt data is NOT the same. that is merely the range of the current tier. I want to see, minimally, the current tier, the max # of possible tiers, the max value of the highest possible tier, see 117 and 107 in the image. The current tier is not nearly as important as the max range of what armor or evasion is on the best roll. Some modifiers scale differently than others. Some have even distribution and linear such as energy shield +20-100%. In those case it isn't a huge value hit from being close to highest tier at maxroll. Cast speed is another one, there is a narrow range between all the tiers, difference is negligible being tier max-1. Some are confusing as heck such as staff spell skill. T5 is actually spell skill +5-6 so you may be sitting at 4 thinking it only goes up to 5 since you are T4 out of 5. Anyways, I shouldnt have to make a case as to why this data is important to know, everyone worth their salt practically lives in POEDB. It's a huge learning curve without a handy cheatsheet tool like this. Get us out of that website and stick it here. Flip a verbose option if people dont want it, not big deal, there is already even one in there. For this item I want to see when i highlight the armor area (as shown) "Sturdy" Armor + 69 -- T5 (66-78) / T7 (99-117). Another example, show me "Level of all cold spell skills +4 -- T3 (4) / T4 (5-6). If anything's messy its the inconsistency of how this game distributes modifier values. I'm not asking for the full chart, but you know that would be nice. And why is it shared the "Sturdy" modifier tier name? Useless information, if people are supposedly touchy about verbosity that should be the first thing to go and be replaced by this data. Also my other point, which I will now be blunt for clarity, is the skill modifiers surrounding armor, energy shield, evasion are bugged. They sometimes show, and sometimes dont. So the tool is pretty much useless to save time if I constantly have to check for those mods are represented in game vs the tool. The image clearly shows that example where "Sturdy" is identified yet shows zero information about the "Tier 5 /7". So I cant make a full decision based on the data in the tool. I see this in there properly sometimes but not all the time depending which specific defense modifier, usually the hybrid ones tend to not show like this one. Elemental tiers also do not show, and are lumped into DPS which may as well delete all the rarity indicators since nobody has any reference point with DPS... Also please clearly identify which are prefix and suffix, and if there is an empty modifier slot. This is absolutely essential for understanding if something needs to be crafted or sold to NPC. |

Tier missing is fixed for next release 6515f24 Full poe2db data is not currently in scope. I think it is a decent feature to have but would require much better data parsing. I'll consider when i do a rewrite of the data parser since the current one would not be able to do this at all. For now you can do an item check and hit the button to open in Craft of Exile(or bind to hotkey), which will load the item and show all possible mods that item can have on it. Still external but allows you to open the page in one button press. Adding current tier range to the sources view makes it look cluttered, so for the specific mod on the item, the best option is pressing alt to view the range in the blue text. |

Thank you for the fix! I find this tool extremely handy with a lot of potential to save time and be more effective so we can spend less time in the menus head-scratching. External links to the data I requested is sufficient for now. I completely missed this feature because where it says "NOT SET" in options > Item Info, I didnt know that was a hotkey to configure. Recommend setting some basic direction there. There's definitely a lot of untapped potential here with enhancing the descriptors and formatting, so I am excited that there may be updated parsing in the future! Keep up the great work. |

On second look its going to poe2db but only to the base item. Can you please add a hotkey page link to go directly to the modifiers of that item type in POE2DB? Not the base item stats, but the modifiers for it such as: |

Expected feature: Tier # is often missing from the tool for armor/evasion/energySh stats, requiring users to double check in game for high rolls on those modifiers.
Extended feature: Please show in addition to the Tier # in the expanded view, the range of potential stat options for the current tier, and also the upper most tier (to gague relative tier value)
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS TOOL! I have a hard time reading in game due to the font size and transparency tier #s not to mention constantly checking POE2 DB to figure out relative tier value. This tool is an insane time saver. Would love to support the tool as it becomes more useful.
