Required level filter when price checking an item?

Hi, when I price check an item, it always shows me cheaper prices because it shows required lvl50+ items. For example, I have this required lvl 26 crossbow with pretty great affixes for a low level character this worths easily 3-5ex on the market however, when I search with EE2 it tells me its a 1 regal item because what it searches is lvl59 crossbows.

Not totally related to this, but the second issue I'm having is that I don't totally understand the total dps calculation, my item has very high % increased Physical Damage but the EE2 doesn't include this as a affix rather it shows -again- higher level crossbows with similar total dps however as I said earlier low level item with high % increased Physical Damage worths much more than what EE2 shows.
