Portable Version - %appdata%\exiled-exchange-2

How can the "portable version" be really "portable" if the settings go into:
%appdata%\exiled-exchange-2
instead of directly next to the:
Exiled-Exchange-2-0.13.8.exe
file?

When you (for example) but the "Exiled-Exchange-2-0.13.8.exe" on a USB-Stick you will have the settings on the Windows Username in %appdata%\exiled-exchange-2
But it should be directly in a for example ".\config" folder next to the .exe file.
Then it's really portable.
