With this contribution, we can now add plugins to the commented section that can be further used in the view_render page. If a user wishes to use bootstraps or Google Fonts or FontAwesome, jQuery etc it can be easily referenced in the comment. It will also not be proper for us to import a Library that the user does not want to use.

I have made a comment that will remain through out the project when all the content in the development dashboard is erased at the creation of the first project element.
