odbc driver - "not no data"

Does this need to show up in stdout when retrieving a null varchar field? I'm not sure I understand the importance of the message at any rate.

Any issue with just suppressing it?

Can't remember exactly the scenario this was checking for, pushed a change f06c977 to suppress it, let us know if it causes any problems
