Detect if Gravatar is default image

Is there a quick way to detect if the image that react-gravatar components render is the default/fallback image? I'd like the ability to do some custom rendering (namely, put user's initials in a <div/> with some background-color if the user has no actual Gravatar image registered for his/her email. In that vein, I'd like to know if the default get's returned or not.

The Gravatar API allows you to pass a fallback URL using the d query param like:

<img src="https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/00000000000000000000000000000000?d=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2Fimages%2Favatar.jpg" />

We could add an initial fallback option that uses e.g. https://ui-avatars.com/api/?name=John+Doe which shows the initials:

I think that, about "detect" he ask if there is a signal event that Gravatar send to handle the return state (image or no image)or a callback to pass through his prop.
Is it correct @IsenrichO ?
It would be nice if we can detect the return status of Gravatar asynchronously, so with an event or even a callback or something other i don't know about.
