Cleanup: Remove unnecessary code comments

What do you think about removing most of the comments from the code?
I mean comments like these:

// Get the shop
$shop = $this->shopQuery->getById($shopId);

// Get the plan
$plan = $this->planQuery->getById($planId);

The code is already quite clear without them, and I think these comments are unnecessary.
If you're okay with it, I could take care of it.

Yeah I think that is a good idea, keep any comments that are still needed to explain the more complex areas of code but remove the comments that explain the clear ones.
