How do I remove excess (overlapping) tabstops

I have latex snippets and sometimes I have to press tab twice to jump forward, here is an example:

mysnips[#mysnips+1] = s( { trig="rd", wordTrig=false, snippetType="autosnippet" }, fmta([[^{<>}<>]],

s( { trig="//", wordTrig=false, snippetType="autosnippet" }, fmta([[\frac{<>}{<>}<>]],

When writing x^{\frac{1}{2}} (xrd//1<tab>2) I have to then press tab twice to exit the x^{..} part. What should I do?

Ah, luasnip inserts a last tabstop immediately next to the i(3) of //. I think It's safe to remove the i(3), you'll still have the auto-generated i(0) (or manually insert an i(0) instead of the i(3), your choice)
