Doesn't work anymore - Failing to initialise

I started getting error about failing to start and in logs it shows:

System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: [Chinese (simplified), zh-HANS]
   at System.Collections.Generic.TreeSet`1.AddIfNotPresent(T item)
   at DeepLClient.Managers.DeepLManager.InitializeAsync()

I tested this on new virtual machine and with new account but no luck.

there is a pull request that seems to address this issue, but no new installer/release (see here)
The DeepLClient.exe seems to be compiled as x64, but installer is x86, so not usable.

Is someone capable to compile the modified source?
