After returning from hibernation it stops reporting the status to HA.

The problem is solved only by re-saving the configuration, after which there is a question about restarting - which de facto restarts the service - until then, the sensors in HA are in unavailable status.

Same here! I draw the same conclusion today. For example, the system state in the agent was unlocked, in HA it reported as locked. After wake-up it didn't update the sensors.
