Feature: define custom buckets, support app lists

Hi,
Thank you very much for this! Was looking everywhere for this sort of implementation.
The current hurdle I'm facing is the ability to install apps which are not on the main bucket of Scoop; is it possible to direct the app name to the specific bucket (and then run git clone -> bucket update)?
Also, copy-pasting long lists of apps would be amazing as well.

Good idea, I'll look into it. You can also use choco if that helps. Copy-pasting the list is a good idea as well, will do

@LAB02-Admin took me a while to figure it out, but it seems that ScoopBox has some hardcoded commands that are executing prior to the "scoop install ", therefore it might be relevant to reference that start to an external file containing the bootstrap commands (such as add new buckets, pre\post installation commands), based on Powershell.
I was able to abuse it but it means I had to compile the DLL everytime I wanted to modify it :D
