For MMF for example we need:

• Bad channel detection for EEG For later perhaps
• Fix forward modeling for EEG (must use 5120-5120-5120 / 3-layer)
• Fix "SSS" step for EEG data (copy over)
• Fix the status updates (@larsoner)
• Add in support for calculating covariance based on the raw data, not epoched or empty room covs (@larsoner)
• Fix report generation (@larsoner)
• Notch filtering (usually lp_cut or MaxFilter takes care of this)

And later once TPS is finalized we can add support for processing EEG data using it (for EEG-only and M/EEG data). For now we'll leave it out...
