numpy requirement is strict

The 'numpy==1.23.5' requirement is very strict. Could it be 'numpy>=1.23.5 and numpy <2.0.0'?

Hi, we've released a new version (1.1.7) that fixed this problem. We now limit the numpy version to numpy >= 1.23.5, < 2.0.0. We also support the latest pytorch version (e.g. 2.7.0).
