Annotation Workflow Displays

Visualizations to add for Annotation workflow:

• Plot of feature counts, protein size distributions, and CDS breakdown
  • Location: PDF version in the project output directory (projOutdir): <projOutdir>/annotation_stats_plots.pdf
  • Location: PNG version in <projOutdir>/HTML_Report/images/annotation_stats_plots.png
• Annotated KEGG pathway maps
  • See the related pull request
  • Web viewer: expects HTTP request to opaver_web/pathway_anno.html?data=<project code>
  • I've put the viewer in the io folder of the installation
