Add a link to a metadata xlsx file with the sample name and analysis/data type pre-populated from the project information.
Describe the solution you'd like
Use a template xlsx to generate a metadata spreadsheet. Create a javascript (or python) function that writes the sample name and analysis/data type to the template xlsx file and saves the file to the user's project. Add a link to the file in the project results so they can download it and add the rest of the metadata. This xlsx file can then be uploaded to the Submission portal once they have created a study using the Connect to/Create Metadata Submission button.
