QuerySingle uniform API

We need to have a uniform API to get only one entry with or without relations autoloading, we have this handling for the Query function but not for the QuerySingle
todo:

• Instead of having two functions QuerySingle and QuerySingleWithoutRelationAutoLoading we need to add template argument DataMapperOptions to the QuerySingle function
