Two new Delta Rho/0m4's apparently appeared at ELP in December. They are:

elp aqwb 0m4a
elp aqwb 0m4b

These will need observatory/telescope positions to request new MPC codes and bright known asteroids scheduling and measuring in order to get codes issued. Tasks needed:

• Obtain estimated telescope positions
• Create branch and new temporary telescope entries/fake MPC codes to allow scheduling of the specific telescopes
• Schedule observations of 10 numbered NEAs over 2-3 nights as per instructions - DONE
• Measure positions - DONE
• Obtain and measure 2 additional NEOs for 0m4b/sq46 on 2 extra nights DONE
• Request new site codes from MPC as per instructions UNDERWAY
  • 0m4a DONE, NOW V45
  • 0m4b DONE, NOW V47
• Inform @drhaz to pass onto user, update LCO MPC Codes page page and LCO Astrometrica parameters sheet for edu users
• Update temporary code entries with final MPC codes and add to 0m4 group in NEOexchange
• Update telescope design, aperture, f/ratio and detector strings in ADES output routine
• Merge to main and deploy
