Prepare State is not working

Describe the bug

The prepare state node does not work as expected. When trying to prepare a state, the transformation fails.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the quantum low-code modeler.
2. Use the prepare state node to initialize a uniform superposition state.
3. Send model for transformation.

Expected behavior

After preparing a state, applying Hadamard gates to all qubits should create a uniform superposition. The transformation should succeed without errors.
