How to disable the ConsoleDebugTracer

Issue_title

When I run my test with web3j-junit I get every opcode printed to the console

Issue_description

I would like to disable/control the level of the ConsoleDebugTracer so I can clearly see my test results.

Issue_context

I have excluded all the logging classes and have added sl4fj and slf4j-log4j12
I have set the logger level of org.web3j to INFO - but I still see the opcodes.

I see private boolean variables showStack/showOpcodes and show/hideOption in the kt file - how can I set these from a standard junit test?

I am using the @EVMTest attribute
