[Question] Is it possible to bind the Hyper combination/key?

Is it possible to bind Hyper (win + ctrl + alt + shift) to something? I use this key combination with h/j/k/l to move windows around using Komorebi, but if I press the Hyper key and release it, it opens the browser on Copilot's webpage.

To Reproduce
Press Hyper key only (win + ctrl + alt + shift).

Expected behavior
Being able to bind Hyper to something (e.g. komorebic reload-configuration).

It's possible to bind, but you'll have to dig through the system and/or registry to turn off the default system behaviour of what seems to be opening up Copilot
