Manually trigger testing

It would be ideal to setup a way to manually trigger tests in a fashion where other branches or forks can be more easily substituted for the nightly test.
A user should be able to:

• Specify the repository and branch
• Submit the test to a different section of LIVVkit's cdash dashboard than the nightly section
